Joao Paulo Goncalves Ferreira, the CEO of Natura &Co is responsible for expanding the company's presence in the world. He was previously Vice President-Supply Chain for Unilever Brazil and Latin America. He holds a MBA from the University of Michigan.

He has led Natura's transformation from a traditional direct-selling firm to a digital one. The company's digitalization has led to productivity growth and 17 consecutive quarters of growth.

Natura &Co will begin trading its shares on the New York Stock Exchange through ADRs in January. This will allow the group leverage its brand synergies and expand its product portfolio and reach over 200 million consumers around the world.

To propel the next stage of growth the company has appointed the new leadership team. Roberto Marques will serve as the Group Chief Executive Officer, and Angela Cretu, will manage the company's global operations. Alongside overseeing the global stewardship of the Natura brand She will also be responsible for the company's innovations and operations outside of Latin America.

Before joining Natura, Joao Paulo spent twenty years at Unilever in which he held various positions including Vice President of Supply Chain. His last position at the company was Vice President of Operations & Logistics.

Ferreira is part of the Executive Team of the C-Suite Department. He is not someone who has questions later, but he is the one who spends time first.

Angela Cretu

As the new head of Avon is Angela Cretu, a veteran of Avon and Avon Leadership Team its leadership team. With more than 20 years' experience in the management of a renowned beauty brand, Cretu is poised to be the leader of the company's global operations and innovation.

Avon CEO, Susanne Johnson, is an active advocate for women around the world and has embraced the idea of gender empowerment. She has been involved with many campaigns that promote positive change for women in developing countries. One of the most well-known are those aimed at reducing gender-based violence and to promote women's economic empowerment.

Cretu has held leadership roles at many other companies as well as her role as Vice President of Avon. She was Vice President for South-East Europe, Group Vice President for Central and Eastern Europe, and General Manager of several regions.

Fernando J. Acosta

Acosta is a senior executive leader at Avon. Acosta was appointed Senior Vice President and Latin America President in 2011. He was recently named Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer. Charles Herington, the Company’s Executive Chairman, will report directly to the position.

Before joining Avon before joining Avon, he spent a few years at Unilever. He has a wealth of experience building consumer-focused businesses in emerging markets. In addition to his role at Avon, he is an investor and board member at RoC Skincare in New York.

He is the Chief Marketing and Social Selling Officer at Avon. In addition, he is responsible for the development of a brand new social selling strategy that is digital.

Fernando Acosta began his career at Unilever as an apprentice in management. He has worked in the United Kingdom and Europe. Later, he held top-level positions within Unilever's Latin American operations.

He was the Category President for Latin America at Unilever from 1999 until 2004. He was responsible for overseeing Dove one of the most well-known brands in the company. He also was involved in the Dove Campaign for Real Beauty that launched new products such as Pro Age.

After his time as the senior vice president of Unilever's Middle Americas division, he became an international executive. From 2006 to 2008 he was the Brand President of Dove Global at Unilever. He was based in New York during this period.

He was previously the Regional President for Latin America at Avon. His responsibilities included driving sales and establishing the brand's Latin American strategy. He also assisted in the development of innovative product lines such as Pro Age.

Louise Srivastava

Avon has a rich history and a plethora of products to sort through, but one segment that has stood out from the pack in recent years is its Health and Wellness division. This segment of the direct-selling universe was able to capture 33.5 percent of sales in the last 12 months due in no small part to the efforts of the CEO Scott White. Avon has made a series of significant changes to its leadership team. Kimberly Ross, Avon's chief financial officer has resigned to become Baker Hughes Inc.'s CFO in October. The company is also currently in the process of hiring a new CFO who will be permanent.

Avon Products has announced that James Scully will become its new executive vice president, chief financial officer. He will report directly to Sheri McCoy, Chief Executive Officer, and will be in charge of all aspects of finance and information technology.

Avon has opened a new headquarters in London and has made numerous moves to restructure its business. Under the new management of the company it has taken actions to reduce leverage on the balance sheet and improve profitability. It has also increased its cost savings initiatives.

In addition, Avon has entered into an alliance with Cerberus Capital Management L.P., and will invest $435 million into the business in the next two years. ICR will provide capital market advisory services to the Company as part of the agreement.

James Scully will oversee the global supply chain of the company, as well as all IT and finance functions. He will also be in charge to implement the company's transformation plan. This is an important part of Avon's growth strategy.

In addition to his leadership position at Avon, Jim Scully serves on the board of J.Jill. The new position he has taken at Avon is expected to assist the company achieve its strategic plan. He brings a wealth of operational expertise to the Avon.

Miguel Fernandez, a former executive vice president at Herbalife will be named Global President of Avon. He has extensive experience in ecommerce, complex customer management, and executing growth strategies.

In the meantime the Neiman Marcus Group has been searching for a permanent chief financial officer. Two interim executives have been appointed.
